Litepanels introduces the new LP-1x1 lighting system. Available in three models - 5600°K flood, 5600°K spot, and 3200°K flood – the LP-1x1 combines Litepanels' hallmark ultra-efficient LED technology with a sophisticated, slimline design.

With a weight of just 3 lbs. (1.36kg) and measuring 12" W x 12" H x 1.75" D (30.5cm x 30.5cm x 4.4 cm), the LP-1x1 is engineered for quick and easy set up and operation. Plus, this ultra-light, flat-profile system adapts to a variety of lighting situations. The LP-1x1 mounts on a light stand or tripod via a yoke with standard TVMP receptacle. Coupled with dedicated mounting hardware, the unit's housing enables 2'x2' and 4'x4' multi-panel configurations -- making it easy to customize the LP-1x1 to meet a job's special requirements.

The LP-1x1's groundbreaking design provides operators with a unique look-through capability. The housing features an integrated pattern of hundreds of precisely aligned mini-portals. This enables you to view the subject being illuminated from behind the unit. Plus, the new LP-1x1 shares many innovative features of other Litepanels products. An integrated control knob on the back enables instant dimming from 0 to100% with no shift in color. Absolutely silent and heat-free, the system can be positioned comfortably close to a subject's face, filling it with an unmatched quality of soft, wrap around light. The LP-1x1 comes standard with cabled and wireless remote dimming capability.

The LP-1x1 is powered via an external 90-260VAC switching adapter, which provides 24VDC to the unit. Equipped with an optional XLR connector power cable, the LP-1x1 can also run off a variety of 9-30VDC sources, including a standard camera battery or car battery. For additional lighting control, a set of 6 interchangeable slide-in correction and diffusion gel filters is available for both 5600°K and 3200°K models.

Some of the features of the DSR-400 camcorder are new style and rugged alloy body construction, interchangeable 2/3" zoom-lenses, Power HAD EX CCD's, Full Digital Signal Processing, high resolution 1.5" B&W viewfinder (DXF-801) and LCD panel, Memory Stick® Scene file storage and software upgrade, compact & lightweight, adjustable shoulder pad, video light connector, electronic color temperature adjustment, jog dial menu control, DV and DVCAM™ recording, and professional audio features. RCP-D50/RCP-D51 cannot be used (not compatible) with DSR-400 camcorders.

New Litepanels™ 1x1 4-Lite Kit

Available in daylight flood or spot and tungsten flood versions, this powerful package offers the benefits of four of the company's versatile, ultra-slim 1x1 LED lighting units.

The new Complete Kit provides four separate Litepanels 1x1 fixtures with detachable mounting yoke, each with its own AC adapter/power supply, power cable, tripod stand, and set of color/diffusion gel filters – packed in a compact, lightweight carrying case. Users have the option of adding the LP-2x2 frame assembly for larger lighting configurations, LP-2x2 power supply/wiring harness, Litepanels new Remote Dimmer Kit and DMX Interface Module.
