The Sony DSR-11 DVCAM™ Digital Videocassette Recorder, with its unique design and small footprint, can be easily integrated into your existing nonlinear editing system. Providing basic VTR features, along with an i.LINK™ interface and NTSC/PAL compatibility, this VTR provides a highly powerful, yet costeffective option for nonlinear editing systems.

The DSR-25 features DVCAM and DV format recording and playback, NTSC and PAL switchable recording, automatic format playback sensing, a 2 inch LCD monitor for viewing content, audio levels, tape information and user menu selection, automatic multiple voltage selection, and three remote control interfaces, including IR, LANC and Control S, as well as i.LINK IEEE 1394 DV I/O connection. This front-loading VTR accepts both standard and mini size cassettes, and its half-rack design allows the DSR-25 to be easily integrated into existing linear and non-linear editing systems.

The DSR-45P is a new versatile DVCAM digital videocassette recorder designed ideal for use as a source feeder in both nonlinear and linear A/B roll editing systems. Its i.LINK interface allows seamless integration into compatible DV-based editing suites. In addition, analogue component connectors allow the unit to accept and transfer high-quality video and audio. For external control, the DSR-45P comes with RS-422A and RS-232C interfaces as standard. Equipped with a 2-inch built-in LCD, the DSR-45P displays the video signal in addition to information such as audio level and system status. The DSR-45P is the videocassette recorder of choice for small to medium-sized production facilities.
