The CSI-100 permits the use of existing, but unused 75? video coaxial cable as an alternative to running new cable for a keypanel connection. The CSI-100 is a bi-directional; single-channel coaxial interface, which passes digital audio and control between KP-32 series keypanels, and CSI-200 coaxial interfaces connected to RTS intercom matrices. Installation of the CSI-100 is quick and simplified with no user settings. Existing KP-32 series keypanels can be retrofitted with the CSI-100 in about 15 minutes. In addition, KP-32 series keypanels can be ordered with the CSI-100 option already installed.

The CSI-200 is a bidirectional, two-channel coaxial interface which passes digital audio and control data between RTS keypanels and matrices. At 1RU high and ?RU width, the CSI-200 is compact allowing up to four coaxial channels in a standard rack space. Installation of the CSI-200 is quick and simplified with no user settings. Each of the two channels of the CSI-200 are independent and may operate in either on the keypanel or matrix side. LEDs provide the user with status information on the unit?s connections. The CSI-100 bidirectional coaxial interface is available as an option kit for KP-32 Classic.
